Dear birth mama
Dear birth mama
We are so happy you decided to take the time to learn a little bit about us. We admire your strength and courage it has taken you to get to this point in your journey. We see you as a true angel on earth. Parker and I have been dreaming about our future family since we knew we’d have a life together. We always planned how we would raise our children and what kind of life we wanted for them.
We adopted our sweet Sunny when she was 3 days old. Her birth mom found us on this website the night Sunny was born and knew we meant to be her parents. Her birth mom is at the top of my angel list and I will forever be grateful to her for giving me my first chance at being a mother and Parker a father. Her adoption was a beautiful experience filled with joy and love. Sunny was able to heal apart of each of us and made our hearts grow outside our chests. She has filled our lives with more joy than I can even describe and I know that with the next child we adopt that love and joy will grow even more! Our adoption journey to Sunny has truly been one of the hardest and most beautiful thing we have experienced. We feel so honored that we are able to hopefully do it again.
We would love to have an open adoption and to have the child know you and cherish the relationship with their birth mother. We also respect whatever decision you decide, whether closed or open, we will go with and respect whatever makes you the most comfortable.
We went through 4 years of infertility and were all set to IVF but we dropped out right before. I truly feel that it was meant to be and that adoption was the way our children would come into our lives and we are so grateful for that miracle.
Our dream for our next child would be to know that they are so incredibly and unconditionally loved and cherished. We want them to grow up knowing that they have so many wonderful people that love them and that Parker and I would go to the ends of the earth to make them happy. We want them to know how important their life is and we want them to accomplish dreams and goals as big as they can imagine. We want to support them in school, sports, music, dance or whatever their little heart desires. We will teach them to love others, and treat them with kindness and respect. We will teach them importance of family and there is a God up in Heaven that loves them too.
